The Health Unit can help.
As an organization that promotes health, the number one thing we can tell you to improve your health is to quit smoking.
The Health Unit offers a Quit Smoking Clinic that provides:
- Free one-on-one counselling sessions with nurses who are trained to help people quit smoking.
- Quit smoking plans that are based on your goals and lifestyle.
- The patch, gum, inhaler, lozenge (nicotine replacement products) at a reduced cost – only for clients who are participating in our Quit Smoking Clinic.

- Adults
- Teenagers
- Pregnant women

1. Complete the Quit Smoking Questionnaire
2. Call your local Porcupine Health Unit to book an appointment
