  • Blood pressure drops to normal;
  • Pulse rate drops to normal;
  • Temperature of hands and feet increase to normal;
  • 8 hours after quitting your blood oxygen level increases to normal;
  • 2 days after quitting your sense of smell and taste improves;
  • 3 days after quitting your lung capacity increases, making breathing easier and;
  • 2 weeks onwards you may have increased energy and stamina and decreased coughing, sinus congestion and shortness of breath.
