Needle Exchange Program

The Porcupine Health Unit offers a Needle Exchange Program for injection drug users. It is a confidential service in which people can come in and get clean needles and other drug paraphernalia. This service helps people maintain safe drug use, and diminishes the amount of people who share needles. This service operates on a walk-in basis, no appointment is necessary.
