Always Changing

Description:

This three part video explains what happens to both boys and girls during puberty, and the proper hygiene techniques to practice during this time. The role that the pituitary gland plays in the production of the hormones estrogen in girls and testosterone in boys, and the body changes which occur because of these hormones is explained. Menstruation, vaginal discharge, wet dreams, erections and ejaculation are explained in an easy to understand format. Using "ALWAYS" feminine products as an example, types of feminine protection (including tampons) are discussed. It is stressed that all of the changes which occur during puberty are perfectly normal--everyone's body changes at it's own pace. The importance of taking daily showers, skin cleansing, eating a balanced diet and getting plenty of exercise is stressed.
