Description:
With the help of scenarios, host Sandie Rinaldo gives parents examples of how to be a positive influence to their children about the use/abuse of tobacco, alcohol, inhalants and marijuana. The reasons kids use drugs and alcohol, and 3 ways in which kids can deal with the peer pressure associated with it are shown. Four main ways parents can influence their children include:
- catch drug problems early
- keep communicating
- set a good example
- help them refuse drugs
