Food! To Your Good Health



Description:

This resource is designed for students in Grades 9 to 12 with a focus on nutrition and healthy food choices; food safety in the home, on the farm and the food industry; and environmentally friendly farm practices or stewardship. Linked with the curriculum in the subject ares of Family Studies, Geography, World Issues, Health and Science. This all encompassing package includes 25 copies of the Food! To Your Good Health brochure, a Teacher's Guide and a selection of commmodity brochures that focus on nutrition (i.e., apples, canola, potatoes, greenhouse vegetables). Check out our Podcast that complements this resource.
