Consultation and Resources

Public Health Nutrition Staff are available to answer all your nutrition-related questions.

We also provide many easy-to-use pamphlets, booklets and fact sheets on a variety of nutrition topics. Dietitians at the Health Unit do not provide individual nutrition counseling for members of the public, but we can help link you to dietitian services in the community.

Another great option if you have a nutrition question is to call EatRight Ontario via the website or by calling 1-800-510-510-2, and speak to a dietitian for free.
