What is Influenza?

Influenza is a serious, acute respiratory infection that can cause serious complications and may result in hospitalization. It spreads from person to person through direct contact, or through coughing and sneezing. It typically lasts 2-7 days, but can last longer in the elderly and people with chronic diseases. Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent the flu and to protect your family and the ones you care for.

For Children

We offer 2 options, an injectable vaccine or a nasal mist (only for children 2 to 17 years of age).
