What we know about breast cancer:
Alarmingly, it is estimated that 1 in 9 women will get breast cancer during her lifetime and 1 in 27 will die due to breast cancer. Breast cancer is mainly a women’s disease, but 1% of breast cancer occur in men. 75% of breast cancer occurs in women who are 50 and older.

Smoking & Your Health
Smoking is responsible for 90% of lung cancer cases and is the number one cause of lung cancer among men and women. Every 30 seconds someone in the world dies of lung cancer. Lung cancer is the second most prevalent cancer found in men and women, and is the largest cancer killer in the world causing more deaths than prostate and breast cancer combined. It is estimated that there will be 145,500 new cases of cancer in 2004 with a projected 68,300 deaths.
