Healthy Eating Tips
Eating healthy can be difficult but it doesn’t have to be. There are a lot of different things you can do to jumpstart a healthy lifestyle and making changes to your eating habits is one of them! Use the tips below to start making changes to the way you eat.
Start Reading Labels
Labels can tell you a lot about a product. When you are reading labels, make sure you check out the serving size and compare it to how much you actually eat. You can also use the % Daily Value to tell you if a food has a lot or a little of a nutrient. Avoid foods that are high in sodium, saturated and Trans fat and sugar. Instead choose foods that are full of fibre, protein and other nutrients such as calcium and iron.
