Public Health Nurses (Temporary Full-Time and Part-Time Timmins)
The Porcupine Health Unit is seeking applications from registered nurses who are interested in a temporary position on a full or part-time basis supporting the COVID-19 response and other program services.
Qualifications:
- Recognized Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred;
- Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse;
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills;
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and to work both independently and collaboratively with internal or external teams;
- Ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset;
- Possess a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle;
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
