Bring your health card.
If coming for testing for Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, do not go to the washroom to urinate for at least 1 hour prior to your appointment. You should also bring a list of medication that you are taking, in the event that you require treatment.
Stay home if you have symptoms, or feeling unwell, even it is a mild cough or sore throat. Remember to cancel your appointment.
Check your confirmation and reminder emails for further instructions.
