NutriSTEP Screening
What is NutriSTEP?
NutriSTEP questionnaires for preschoolers (3-5 years) and for toddlers (18-35 months) are valid and reliable nutrition risk screening questionnaires that have been developed with multicultural and geographically diverse parents of young children across Ontario and Canada.
How do I access it?
- Nutri-eSTEP, is an online questionnaire available through http://www.nutritionscreen.ca
- Call or visit the Porcupine Health Unit and talk to a Public Health Dietitian who will assist you in completing the screening over the phone or in person.
